Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – To increase the creativity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in marketing their products, Tunjungsekar Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City held content marketing training at the Malang Creative Center (MCC) Building, Malang City, Tuesday (27/6/2023).
Attended by 40 MSME actors in the Tunjungsekar Village area, the presenters who learned about content marketing using reels and IG brought in two presenters who were food content creators (food vloggers), namely Ammamamo and Etika Wiki.
Secretary of Tunjungsekar Village Head Endik Sri Hartanto, SH revealed that Tunjungsekar Village always continues to encourage its fostered MSMEs to advance and develop. One of them is by inviting MSMEs in Tunjungsekar to utilize the features on the Instagram application to be a medium to offer their products.
"By learning directly from experienced food vloggers, we hope that our fellow MSME actors can get a real picture of how to utilize reels and IG to market their products," explained Endik, Tuesday (27/6/2023).
He revealed that along with the passage of time and the development of technology, currently the most suitable and appropriate media for marketing products is through social media, especially on Instagram. "Through reels and IG, MSMEs can promote their products easily and for free. This will certainly help the marketing of the business being developed," said Endik.
Regarding the different implementation location from the usual one at the Multipurpose Building of Tunjungsekar Village, Endik said that this was done so that UMKM actors in Tunjungsekar would know and experience firsthand the MCC Building which is a gathering place for creative economy industry actors.
