Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – As public servants, State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are required to continue to innovate in order to achieve better changes. The many innovations are one of the real evidences of changes and progress in a region, so this must continue to be spurred and strengthened.

These things were conveyed by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji after presenting the Malang City Public Service Innovation Competition (KIPP) awards to a number of schools and regional apparatuses within the Malang City Government after the morning assembly in the yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (10/7/2023). This time there were 14 KIPP awards presented and several innovations will advance to the East Java Province level and also the national level.
Such as innovation from the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), namely the Persada application (Online Application for Restaurant Tax and Other Regional Tax Subjects). In addition, there is an innovation in the form of an application from SMPN 10, namely Mas Kadin Bersinar (Preventing School Children from Early Marriage with Innovation for Teenagers).
From all of that, Mayor Sutiaji asked his staff not to always be in their comfort zone and not to work in an ordinary way or not to get stuck in a monotonous routine. "Leaving at 8.00:16.00 WIB and returning at XNUMX:XNUMX WIB is normal. Let's do extraordinary things," invited the bespectacled man.
"I do encourage one PD (regional apparatus) one innovation, one school one innovation, because one indicator of an intellectual person, a person who has a far-sighted view is always restless. Restless to see reality and better. So we encourage to always innovate and interact," he explained.
The number one person in the Malang City Government emphasized that the challenges ahead are getting tougher and innovation is the best answer and solution. He said that it is indeed not easy to innovate, but with a strong will and setting aside sectoral egos, all obstacles will be overcome. (say/yon)
