Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) again held a morning assembly for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in front of the Malang City Hall, Monday (24/7/2023). This morning assembly was led by the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Malang City Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT.
The implementation of this morning assembly, in addition to being an obligation for every employee to listen to direction, coaching, and supervision from the leader, the morning assembly is also useful for training the discipline and responsibility of each employee. The morning assembly moment is also an opportunity for leaders to encourage and motivate their staff to increase work enthusiasm and productivity.
Regional Secretary Erik said that in July there are usually many government activities and other community activities. However, Erik reminded not to neglect excellent service to the community.
"We need a balance in how we implement public services that are part of our daily routine, then increase the progress of absorption of activities related to physical, non-physical development, or direct services to the community," he said.
Not to forget, Regional Secretary Erik also reminded ASN to always maintain their health by paying attention to the balance between work, health, and also worship. (ari/yon)
