Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – 292 Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K) Teachers and Technical Personnel Formation Year 2022 in the Malang City Government received the Appointment Decree at the Pertamina Student Center Building of SMK Negeri 2 Malang, Friday (28/7/2023). The 292 P3K consisted of 290 teachers and two technical personnel.
Malang Mayor Dr. H. Sutiaji in his direction said that educating children is not as easy as turning the palm of your hand or producing goods. It requires role models and sincerity so that they can help children hone their best abilities to become a good generation in the future. "Students are like plants, they need to be cared for with sincerity. They cannot be equated, special tips are needed so that they develop according to their potential," said Sutiaji.
A good teacher, according to the bespectacled man, should never have a negative view of children, because every child certainly has advantages. That is why the Mayor of Malang advised to always be sincere in educating, there should be no physical violence or verbal violence.
He added that teachers must be able to be facilitators so that children can develop according to their potential. That way, the noble task carried out by teachers can have a positive impact on the progress of the nation. Moreover, currently the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum greatly supports the development of students' potential and creativity. (cah/yon)
