Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The implementation of quality, integrated and sustainable regional archiving as part of national archiving is a commitment of the Malang City Government (Pemkot).
In order to realize this, a number of strategic steps were taken. One of them is by launching the implementation of the Integrated Dynamic Archiving Information System (SRIKANDI) application at the Ngalam Command Center (NCC) of Malang City Hall, Friday (28/7/2023). The launch of the implementation of the SRIKANDI application was carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Malang Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko, Malang City Regional Secretary Erik Setyo Santoso, and Head of the Malang City Dispussipda Yayuk Hermiati.
Deputy Mayor of Malang Sofyan Edi Jarwoko said that the SRIKANDI application also supports the implementation of the fourth mission of Malang City, namely ensuring public satisfaction with government services that are orderly, professional and accountable.
"The SRIKANDI application which was launched today is one of the dynamic archive management instruments and is part of the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) as an effort to improve performance, productivity and effectiveness in order to facilitate work and is useful for realizing good and professional archive management," explained the Deputy Mayor.
Digital transformation is embraced as a form of strengthening governance and archival management. This also strengthens the electronic-based government system (SPBE) organized by the Malang City Government.
"In line with the national policy of utilizing the general application of SRIKANDI archiving, strategic stages have been taken. Among them are through coordination meetings of cross-regional team, study tours, socialization, technical guidance and trial assistance," explained the man who is often called Bung Edi.
The enactment of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Archives is a realization of policy strengthening. Meanwhile, the construction of the Archives Depot is the answer to the need for supporting infrastructure for archiving.
"This is a structured effort by the Malang City Government to ensure the readiness of all resources in welcoming the new era of archiving that is increasingly high quality, integrated and sustainable," he concluded (yul/yon)
