Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Plenary Meeting of the Malang City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) with the agenda of Delivering the Mayor of Malang's Response to the General Views of the Factions on the Draft Changes to the General Policy of the APBD and Changes to Priorities and Temporary Budget Ceilings for the 2023 Fiscal Year was held at the Malang City DPRD Building, Thursday (3/8/2023).

Deputy Mayor of Malang Sofyan Edi Jarwoko when delivering the Mayor of Malang's response at the Plenary Meeting of the Malang City DPRD at the Malang City DPRD Building, Thursday (3/8/2023).

After attending the plenary meeting, Malang Deputy Mayor Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko said that there were 53 questions and suggestions that had been answered in writing and had been distributed to all council members and plenary participants including the Chairman of the Malang City DPRD. The man who is familiarly called Bung Edi said that the 53 questions, inputs and suggestions consisted of elements of income that were linked to the Revised APBD.

"Earlier it was also answered in detail there. Likewise, regarding the transfer funds from the center, it is also predicted how much, so that it can provide a picture that income will eventually also experience a decline," he added.

Likewise, from the spending side, the bespectacled man said that there were quite a lot of inputs from the factions. Especially questions related to activities that indicated additional activities even though there were reductions. Like the Education and Culture Office, why was the budget reduced and others, all of that has been answered.

Then, no less important, said Bung Edi, are the problems that often arise during the discussion. There are also many questions, especially regarding flooding, traffic jams, and others, all of which have been explained. "I am very grateful that there are three points, income is discussed, spending, and strategic issues that are currently happening," he concluded. (say/yon)
