Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Welcoming the 78th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, the Malang City Government (Pemkot) held a Marching Regulations (PBB) competition which was participated by all Regional Apparatus (PD) and BUMD within the Malang City Government in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (7/8/2023).
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said that the PBB competition activity has a good meaning. "One is to hone togetherness as ASN, because no matter how smart you are, you have to follow one command to be able to carry out tasks and achieve common goals," explained Sutiaji when opening the activity, Monday (7/8/2023).
The philosophy of the march, said the number one person in the Malang City Government, is to dress in harmony, walk in harmony, move in harmony and act in harmony. "The second is to wait for the command, and the third, no less important, is concentration. Concentration requires special attention to be able to carry out the commands given by the leader," said Sutiaji.
The philosophy he said was almost the same as a leader or a manager, how to manage everyone well in an organization. "In our environment, how to adjust and always be adaptive. Second, there is a command, whoever gives the command because they have been appointed so we must follow and obey together," added Sutiaji.
Those are all philosophies that exist in marching and philosophies in the state, organizing life as a nation and state. "What is no less important is that it is impossible for us to work, it is impossible for us to understand what the leader means when our minds are divided because we are not concentrating," added Sutiaji.
"As ASN, also as a leader, everyone must follow those processes. This activity is carried out in August to increase the values of patriotism in all of us," concluded Sutiaji. (cah/yon)
