Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In 2023, Kayutangan Heritage Village will become the verification locus for the 2023 National Healthy City-Regency, so that various preparations and improvements continue to be made. The Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, on the sidelines of his official agenda, visited the village on Jalan Basuki Rahmad, Tuesday (8/8/2023).
The bespectacled man said that his party wanted to ensure the readiness of various infrastructure, cleanliness and community participation so far. "I express my utmost gratitude. What was initiated together in the past is still maintained. This is an example, if you look at it, it is clean, community service every two weeks," said the man who is also the Supervisor of the Healthy City Program.
According to him, Kayutangan looks clean and is also one of the piloting of urban planning. Moreover, the central government also made Kayutangan Heritage Village as a sampling in further planning. "Hopefully, the Healthy City here will be included in the highest predicate, namely Swasti Saba Wistara, hopefully. If currently it is still Swasti Saba Wiwerda," he said.
Furthermore, the Mayor of Malang, Sutiaji, said that there were several things that needed to be improved in Kayutangan village, starting from the trash bins at the entrance, lights and water that could be drunk directly from the tap or the Prima Drinking Water Zone (ZAMP).
"Some trash bins need to be fixed, because the problem is that there has been no handover from the center to us. Then there are also lights that are dead and later we will convey this to the relevant agency. Whose task is it so that it can be turned on and what is the mechanism. Then, for ZAMP from Perumda Tugu Tirta too," concluded Sutiaji. (say/yon)
