Breadfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Member of the Republic of Indonesia's Audit Board (BPK), Ahmadi Noor Supit, holds a doctoral degree in the Economics Study Program after successfully defending his dissertation entitled "The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Leadership Performance through Organizational Commitment at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency" in an open session at Merdeka University, Malang, Wednesday (9/8/2023).
The examiners in this doctoral dissertation were Prof. Dr. Anwar Sanusi, SE, M.Si, Prof. Dr. Grahita Chandrarin, M.Si Ak, Prof. Dr. Widji Astuti, SE, MM, Prof. Dr. Lilik Kustiani, SS, MM, Dr. Harianto Respati and the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Tito Karnavian who was one of the external examiners. On this occasion, the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji and the Regent of Malang HM Sanusi were also present and witnessed.
Ahmadi Noor Supit expressed his gratitude and did not forget to thank all parties for what he has achieved so far. This success cannot be separated from the support of family, friends and also all the prayers from the community. "Hopefully what I have achieved now in the future can bring more benefits. Both for myself, my family and the nation and state," explained Ahmadi, Wednesday (9/8/2023).
Not to forget on this occasion Ahmadi expressed his gratitude to the Rector of Unmer Malang, all lecturers who were very helpful in undergoing education. The encouragement and enthusiasm from this campus made him excited to be able to make a dissertation and gain knowledge.
Meanwhile, the Rector of Unmer Malang, Prof. Dr. Anwar Sanusi, SE, M.Si, revealed that before undergoing an open dissertation, Ahmadi Noor Supit had undergone a closed dissertation first. The ability of the doctoral candidate in defending his dissertation, the ability of the doctoral candidate in drawing conclusions, illustrates that his mastery of research is very good.
"From the mastery of the promovendus in mastering the material, scientific credibility in the dissertation, Ahmadi Noor Supit was declared to have graduated with cum laude predicate," explained Anwar. (cah/yon)
