Indonesian Santripreneur mentor KH. Ahmad Sugeng Utomo revealed that this activity is a joint discussion so that students with the potential they have will be more open-minded and motivated to develop their businesses to achieve success. "To be successful, of course, you must have hope which is a form of gratitude to Allah," explained Gus Uut, the nickname of KH Ahmad Sugeng Utomo, Tuesday (15/8).

Gus Uut, as he is familiarly called, said that business is nothing more than a worldly game. "Nothing more than that, because in fact, it is not us who determine our fortune, but Allah SWT," said Gus Uut.

He said, by continuing to develop oneself and one's potential, through entrepreneurship, one hopes that as a human being, one can fulfill one's expectations, and all that one aspires to can become a reality.

"Especially for Malang City which is currently growing and becoming a tourist destination from various parts of the world. This is a good opportunity for students to develop a business," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Expert Staff for Economics and Finance of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, M. Sailendra, ST, MT in his speech greatly appreciated what Santripreneur Indonesia had done. According to him, activities like this can be a good event to train students in developing their businesses.

"With the knowledge they have, students have great potential to become successful entrepreneurs. Students have honesty, tenacity and trust from the community," said Sailendra.

Moreover, the participants of the activity in Malang City are the young generation whose potential can still be developed. "Hopefully in the future there will be more young entrepreneurs from Malang City with a santri base," he hoped. (cah/yon)
