Residents who saw the carnival also seemed enthusiastic. Since it started at 13.00 WIB, people have flocked to watch the carnival with the start and finish routes in front of the Sawojajar Village Office.

Various interesting attractions were presented to all carnival participants, starting from Bantengan art, various arts and community works were presented.

Carnival spectator Hariadi said he was happy to be able to see the carnival again after not being able to watch it for a long time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He hopes that in the future there will be another carnival in Sawojajar, of course on a larger scale.

"The existence of this carnival helps us find entertainment on Sundays with family. It's fun for us, being able to take the children to watch free entertainment," Hariadi said.

Similarly, Supardi, a resident of Asrikanton, admitted that he deliberately came to Sawojajar because he wanted to see Bantengan. Every day, Supardi sells meatballs in the Sawojajar area by going around on a motorbike. "Today I am taking a day off from selling meatballs, and I choose to watch the carnival first to refresh myself," said Supardi.

Meanwhile, one of the residents of Sawojajar, Lilis Handayani, said that she deliberately watched the Sawojajar Carnival to capture the moment of the Independence Day commemoration because according to her, usually the participants of the Sawojajar carnival are very creative so that it is interesting to be used as content.
