Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – From 2020 to date, the Online Licensing Information System (Si-Izol) application managed by the Malang City Manpower, Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service (Disnaker PMPTSP) has issued approximately 39 thousand permits.
In the application there are at least 200 licensing services that can be accessed by the public through the Malang City Government website. So when residents need licensing services, they do not need to come or go back and forth to the Disnaker PMPTSP office.
These were some of the things conveyed by the Head of Control, Complaints, Data and Information of the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office, Roni Kuncoro, Friday (1/9/2023). In the future, his party plans to update Si-Izol at the end of 2023.
"Later, Si Izol will be designed into an application that will further facilitate public accessibility in accessing licensing services through the Android system," he added.
Roni added, if this application is embedded in Android, then access to services will be easier and uploading documents will be faster. "If through the website you have to use a scanner, now just with a cellphone and all applications are complete," he explained.
With these conveniences and various innovations, it will also boost the investment climate in Malang City, which has an annual value of Rp15 trillion. "With various real steps and working with several parties, we are optimistic that this amount can be realized," he concluded. (say/yon)
