Malang (malangkota.go.id) – PT Pertamina Patra Niaga East Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara (Jatimbalinus) distributed hundreds of tree seedlings in several areas, Monday (4/9/2023). In addition to commemorating National Customer Day (Hapelnas), this event is also a form of concern for the environment, so that Pertamina's enthusiasm to realize Net Zero Carbon in 2030 is realized.
This was conveyed by the Executive General Manager of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Jatimbalinus, Dwi Puja Ariestya at the Jalan Ciliwung gas station in Malang City after distributing seeds to residents who use Pertamina products. Similar events were also held at several gas stations in the Jatimbalinus area, such as in Surabaya, Probolinggo, Pasuruan and Madiun.
The seeds distributed include mango, durian, avocado and guava tree seeds. By inviting the community to plant trees, Ariestya said it will reduce air pollution so that it will create a physically and mentally healthy society.
"This is our appreciation to Pertamina's loyal customers who have used our quality and environmentally friendly products. So we strive to continue to contribute to the environment and we have also continued to produce or give birth to more environmentally friendly products," he added.
At this moment, the BUMN also provides souvenirs, product gifts and discounts for residents who buy non-subsidized fuel. From these various efforts as a step for the company and so that various Pertamina products are closer to all levels of society.
This program also received a positive response. As conveyed by Faldi, who hopes that Pertamina will continue to care about customers and the environment. Thus, the name of this company and its various products will be increasingly known and gain public sympathy.
"Very happy, it's quite good to fill up with fuel and get various prizes. We hope that Pertamina will reach more remote villages. Because sometimes it's still difficult in remote areas to find Pertamax.
