Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Malang City held National Insight Education through Strengthening Character and National Insight for Malang City Mass Organizations at the Aliante Hotel, Malang City, Monday (18/9/2023).
Expert Staff for Development, Public Welfare and Human Resources of the Malang City Regional Secretariat Drs. Alie Mulyanto, MM representing the Mayor of Malang expressed his gratitude for the support from the community during his leadership for the past five years.
Alie on this occasion also conveyed an apology from the Mayor of Malang Sutiaji and Deputy Mayor of Malang Sofyan Edi Jarwoko whose term of office will end on September 23, 2023.
He said that Malang City is a miniature of Indonesia, and the activities carried out by Bakesbangpol are very important to unite Malang City. "All tribes are there, Malang City has more than 60 universities. If all elements of society are not united, this can cause disasters, not only natural disasters but also social disasters. Therefore, the mayor advised us to increase unity and togetherness," said Alie.
He further said that Indonesian independence was not a gift, but the result of struggle. We fought to seize independence until it was finally proclaimed in 1945.
Therefore, it is now necessary to understand that Indonesia in 2045 will experience a golden age which will ultimately give rise to the concept of Golden Indonesia 2045 which describes Indonesia as an advanced, independent and sovereign country.
"Therefore, Bakesbangpol Malang City strives so that the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence can be maintained, filled, and maintained by all of us. Who will fill and maintain it if not all of us," said Alie. (cah/yon
