Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang City PAUD Mother Widayati Sutiaji launched the Anti-Bullying Guidebook for students and the Anti-Bullying Guidebook for student companions. Together with the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji, this book was introduced to the public at the Malang Teacher Fest event at the Santika Hotel, Malang City, Thursday (21/9/2023).
Malang City PAUD Mother Widayati said that the Anti-Bullying Guidebook for students and student assistants was a joint idea with her husband in the hope that understanding about bullying could be better understood and bullying incidents would not happen again in Malang City.
"The book is deliberately made colorful and with interesting pictures, so that readers don't get bored," said Widayati.
The existence of this book is expected to teach students that among friends, they must love and care for each other. Likewise, relationships with teachers and friends must be good.
"Loving each other is an obligation. We also have to be careful in joking, we must not overdo it, because if we overdo it, something that started as a joke can turn into hostility," said Widayati.
The guidebook is intentionally made in two parts, because this book is intended for two sides. The first side is for students, and the second side is for teachers and parents. It is hoped that these two books can be a mirror for readers to reflect on themselves and become better.
"Especially in understanding and taking the right action in dealing with and preventing bullying cases," Widayati added. (cah/yon)
