Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – As is known, until now the completion of land acquisition on the shortcut road of Jalan Danau Jonge area, Kedungkandang District, Malang City, which passes through Malang Regency has not been completed. Regarding this, now the completion process is the concern and priority of the Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM.
The completion of the land acquisition, he said, will be carried out immediately so that it can provide benefits to the community. In this case, in-depth communication is needed between the ranks of the Malang City Government and the Malang Regency Government.
This was conveyed by the Acting Mayor of Malang, Wahyu Hidayat, Wednesday (4/10/2023). He revealed that his party had come to the location and there was about 200 meters of land left to be cleared immediately. "Indeed, the land is empty. Later we will try to communicate with the Malang Regency Government. Although it is small, for the size of Malang City, the value is also high. Hopefully there is a way out," he hoped.
Wahyu further said that the budget for land acquisition is still considered an obstacle for the Malang Regency Government. When asked about the total budget needed, he admitted that he had not calculated it specifically.
"If we look at the operational costs are high, while the budget of Malang Regency is also limited. Later we will see how difficult it is. For example, land with a size of 10 to 15 meters, that (nominal) is already very high," explained Wahyu.
Meanwhile, from the Malang Regency Government, he said there is still a big priority, namely the road clearance in the South Malang area, namely road access to tourism, especially beach-based. (say/yon)
