Cemorokandang (malangkota.go.id) – Cemorokandang Subdistrict holds training in making hand bouquet or a bouquet of flowers attended by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Cemorokandang Village Hall, Wednesday (11/10/2023).
Cemorokandang Village Head, Ahmad Ridwan, SE said that this activity is part of the community empowerment efforts. In addition, it is also an effort to improve the skills of residents to be able to develop businesses in the field of hand bouquets.
"The existence of this training activity is expected to help MSME actors to have more choices for business development. One of them is in the field of hand bouquets. So that it can further develop MSME businesses in the Cemorokandang Village area," explained Ridwan.
This hand bouquet making training presents experienced instructors from CV. DiOpeni Malang City. It is hoped that instructors who are experienced in their fields can share knowledge optimally in the training. Ridwan also hopes that the participants of the activity are really serious about following the training so that in the future the results can be optimal.
"We hope that after the training, the participants can develop these skills in their respective homes. Don't let the activity just stop," said Ridwan.
The owner of CV. DiOpeni, Peni Budi Astuti, said that the prospect of the hand bouquet creation business in the future is very good, especially in Malang City. Therefore, she hopes that participants will be really serious about participating in the activity so that the results are maximized.
"Many markets can be targeted by hand bouquets, starting from celebrating important moments for loved ones, for gifts, graduations, weddings, birthdays and many more," explained Peni.
Moreover, bouquets with real flowers sold on the market cannot last long. Generally, they can only last three to four days. For that, with the creation of hand bouquets made from artificial flowers or not real flowers, of course, it can be an option that is no less beautiful, unique and interesting.
"To be able to achieve success in developing a business, it is indeed not easy and requires patience and hard work. Hand bouquet creation is a creation that requires the enthusiasm of the participants to be able to create good and beautiful works so that they have a selling value," he concluded. (cah/yul)
