Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to improve the quality of performance and provision of public services in Malang City, Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM visited regional apparatus within the Malang City Government whose offices are located at the Mini Block Office of Malang City Hall, Thursday (18/10/2023).
Starting from the first floor, the Acting Mayor of Malang greeted members of the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP). Continued to the second floor which is the Office of the Malang City Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD). Here, Wahyu took the time to interact with a resident who was taking care of documents. The visit then continued to the third floor which is the Office of the Malang City Regional Planning and Development Agency (Bappeda).
Three heads of regional apparatuses at the Mini Block Office also accompanied the Acting Mayor of Malang around and introduced their respective staff. This visit was also Wahyu's effort to get closer to all levels within the Malang City Government. Although it seemed relaxed, discussions and conversations for improving public services and performance were still carried out in between his visits.
During his visit, Wahyu checked the condition of the physical building and supporting facilities to support the smooth running of public services for the people of Malang City. More than that, Wahyu also wanted to ensure that each of his personnel also felt comfortable in working which in the end would be able to grow and have a high work ethic.
"I hope the various facilities that we currently have can support our services to the community. Thank you for the warm welcome, some input for improvement will certainly be discussed further," said Wahyu in appreciation. (ari/yon)
