Breadfruit (malangkota.go.id) – As an effort to improve the quality of service to the community and to bring services closer and faster, the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City is implementing a program entitled Jembol Adminduk (Population Administration Pick-up Service) which this time targets Pisangcandi Village, Sukun District, Malang City, Monday (30/10/2023).
Various services in Jembol Adminduk include processing damaged or lost ID cards, issuing family cards, Child Identity Card (KIA) services, deed verification, recording of e-ID cards, registering digital ID cards and also the Report Pak service. This service is not only intended for residents of Pisangcandi Village, but also for residents of other villages.
Head of Civil Registration Services of the Malang City Population and Civil Registry Office, Roos Asri Ratna Wijaya, when met on the sidelines of the service, said that this outreach program is also a step in the Indonesian population administration awareness movement, so that it will also make the community happy.
The woman in hijab advised the entire community about the importance of having population documents with correct data. Thus, if at any time needed for something, the citizen concerned will not experience obstacles or barriers.
Roos explained in more detail, for example if there is an additional family member, a family member dies, or there is a typo or spelling error on the ID card or birth certificate, you should report it immediately.
Adminduk services are currently served in several places, such as the sub-district office, the Merdeka Public Service Mall (MPP), and outreach services like today. "We never tire of reminding residents of all of that. This is for their convenience," added Roos. (say/yon)
