Breadfruit (malangkota.go.id) – The Population Administration Jemput Bola (Jembol Adminduk) program initiated by the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City was enthusiastically welcomed by residents. This can be seen from the large number of people who came to the service at the Pisangcandi Village Office, Sukun District, Malang City, Monday (30/10/2023).
In this program, the Dispendukcapil provides a number of services, such as processing damaged or lost ID cards, issuing family cards, Child Identity Card (KIA) services, certificate verification, recording of e-ID cards, registering digital ID cards and also the Report Pak service.
Head of Civil Registration Services Division of Malang City Population and Civil Registry Office, Roos Asri Ratna Wijaya, when met at the Pisangcandi Village Office, said that this program is also an agenda for socializing the Indonesia Sadar Adminduk movement.
"Every citizen who comes to take care of or fix their population documents, we ask whether they already have the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application or not. If not, then we will help," explained the woman in the hijab.
Roos further said, to enjoy this IKD service is very easy. Residents only need to download the IKD application on the Google Playstore and then fill in the required data. With this application, he said it would provide many conveniences for residents in terms of population administration services.
"After opening the IKD application, before exiting the application, press the lock button in the lower right corner so that the stored documents are locked and safe. We urge all Malang City residents to immediately have this IKD application, because it will be very helpful regarding population document needs," concluded Roos. (say/yon)
