This can be seen in the PWK event targeting the Madurese community who are members of the Madura Asli (Madas) forum at the Alana Hotel, Malang City, Wednesday night (8/11/2023).
Head of Bakesbangpol Malang City Dra. Rinawati, MM said that the existence of Madas is very important considering its members are quite numerous, especially in Malang City. At this moment, the bespectacled woman emphasized the importance of understanding the four national consensuses, namely the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, Bineka Tunggal Ika and NKRI.
By understanding the consensus, quality human resources with high nationalism will be formed. "This is very important, so we feel the need to target this community," he added.
On this occasion, Rinawati also invited Madas members to participate in making the implementation of the 2024 Simultaneous Election a success and to help create conduciveness. "Conduciveness and community participation are one of the benchmarks for the success of the democratic party, so all elements of society must participate in realizing it," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Madas Malang, Ashadi expressed his gratitude to Bakesbangpol Malang City for involving Madas in this series of PWK. According to him, PWK will increase the knowledge of its members and is very useful.
"We will always coordinate and cooperate with various parties to realize conduciveness and help make the Election a success, such as the Malang City Government and the TNI-Polri. This is part of our responsibility as citizens," concluded Ashadi. (say/yon)
