Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Plenary Meeting with the agenda of the Acting Mayor of Malang's Explanation of the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) for the 2024 Fiscal Year APBD and the Financial Note for the 2024 Fiscal Year was held in the Plenary Meeting Room of the Malang City DPRD, Thursday (9/11/2023).
In this plenary meeting, Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM said that regional income is targeted at Rp2.160.547.825.583,-. This income comes from Regional Original Income (PAD) of Rp813.740.836.360,-. "This PAD includes regional taxes, regional levies, results of management of separated regional assets, other legitimate regional original income," he added.
For transfer income, Wahyu said it was Rp1.346.806.989.223,- which came from transfers from the central government and inter-regional transfers. While regional spending was Rp2.358.588.674.540,- for operational spending such as employee spending, goods and services spending, grant spending and social assistance spending. "For capital spending Rp178.528.617.539, unexpected spending Rp9.737.230.994,-. From the income and spending structure there is a deficit of Rp198.040.848.957," explained Wahyu.
Meanwhile, regional financing can be detailed for financing receipts of IDR 40.848.957, - which are planned to come from the previous year's Budget Financing Surplus (SiLPA). "Financing expenditures of IDR 5.000.000.000, - which are allocated for regional capital participation. From this financing there is a surplus of IDR 198.040.848.957, - which is used to cover the deficit in spending, so that structurally the 2024 R-APBD is in a balanced position between revenue and spending," explained Wahyu.
From this explanation, he hopes that this draft regional regulation will soon receive DPRD approval to become a regional regulation so that it can be implemented on time in early 2024. "We are targeting that it can be accepted by the DPRD by the end of November," concluded Wahyu. (say/yon)
