Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM made an official visit in order to foster friendship to the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmadu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, Monday (13/11/2023).
Acting Mayor of Malang Wahyu Hidayat said that this gathering was an effort to create harmonious relations with all parties. "Islamic boarding schools have an extraordinary role in fostering the people and advancing society. On behalf of the Malang City Government, I express my deepest gratitude for the role of Islamic boarding schools so far," explained Wahyu, Monday (13/11).
He said that Islamic boarding schools are very helpful in creating superior generations who have extraordinary fighting spirit and noble morals. Through this gathering, he said, it will further strengthen the harmonious relationship between the Malang City Government and Islamic boarding schools as a strong capital to build Malang City.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu Foundation, Nur Laila, said she was very grateful to receive a visit from the Acting Mayor of Malang and all of his staff. "Thank you. We hope that this gathering will not only be once, but in the future it can continue and be sustainable," said Nur Laila.
He said that Ponpes Hidayatul Mubtadiin is part of the citizens of Malang City who are engaged in education, the field of Islamic religious broadcasting. This Ponpes really needs ideas and strategic policies from the Malang City Government. "Because without the presence of the Malang City Government, of course our Ponpes will not be able to develop," said Nur Laila.
"As the manager of the Islamic boarding school, of course we have high hopes for the Malang City Government so that its policies can continue to help the Islamic boarding school. Because this Islamic boarding school is very simple and always hopes and does what it can to continue to bring blessings," he concluded. (cah/yon)
