Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The morning assembly of employees in the Malang City Government (Pemkot) environment in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (27/11/2023) was very impressive. At the assembly led by the Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM, various awards won by Malang City were handed over, both at the provincial and national levels.
The awards presented by the Acting Mayor of Malang were the CETTAR Predicate Award Charter in the CETTAR Culture Assessment (Fast, Effective, Responsive, Transparency, and Responsive) in the Joint Integration System Application of Cettar Culture Implementation Performance (SIBEKISAR) in 2023, the Award Charter to the Malang City Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Planning Troops as the Top 30 of the East Java Province Public Service Innovation Competition (Kovablik) in 2023, the Regional Government Award Charter with the High Literacy Achievement Category at the Elementary School Level, the Regional Government Award Charter in collaboration with Disability Care Development Partners, and the Malang City Award Charter as the Best V Regency/City Organizing the 2023 Basuki Mawa Beya Flag Parade.
For these various achievements, the Acting Mayor of Malang expressed his appreciation and happiness. According to him, these various achievements are certainly inseparable from the hard work and good synergy of ASN, regional apparatus, the community and all other related parties. "This achievement is proof that what the Malang City Government has done is the best breakthrough. We must appreciate this achievement," said Wahyu.
The Acting Mayor of Malang on this occasion also reminded all ASN in the Malang City Government to always maintain neutrality and code of ethics in the political years leading up to the 2024 Simultaneous Democratic Party like now. "Starting November 28, 2023, we will enter the 2024 Democratic Party campaign period which will last for 75 days until February 10, 2024," explained Wahyu.
In addition, the number one person in the Malang City Government advised that in the rainy season which has started to fall with high intensity like now to increase alertness and take disaster mitigation steps.
"We invite all ASN, sub-district heads and also village heads to always involve the role of the community in disaster management, because this is our shared responsibility, both the government, the business world and also the community. Therefore, the synergy of all parties in disaster prevention and mitigation efforts must continue to be carried out and strengthened," he concluded. (cah/yon)
