Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The NGOMBE program, which is an acronym for NGObrol MBois IlakEs, is one way for the Malang City Government (Pemkot) to accommodate various aspirations while providing solutions to various problems in the community, such as public facilities in housing, solutions for MSMEs to move up a class, flood management, parking management, and so on.
Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM after implementing the NGOMBE program at the Gazebo of Malang City Hall, Tuesday (16/1/2024) revealed that from this program residents can immediately get the best answers or solutions to the problems they face.
Wahyu added that the solution does not have to come from him, because this event also presents the heads of regional apparatuses in the Malang City Government and academics. "So with this NGOMBE, it is to speed up the bureaucracy and there is a path that I must do to be able to fulfill and be able to solve public complaints," he explained.
In addition to being a means of accommodating aspirations, this program also introduces the community to policy-making officials in the Malang City Government. The second implementation is said to have accommodated various problems of residents.
"We hope that this event can be beneficial for the community and can support all development programs in Malang City. Thus, the community will feel the presence of the government when needed and Malang City is always conducive," he continued.
