Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City DPRD ratified the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) into a Regional Regulation (Perda), Friday (16/2/2024). This ratification was photographed in the Malang City DPRD Meeting Room after the factions read out their opinions and suggestions regarding the PTSP regulations.
Regarding the PTSP Regional Regulation, Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM said that his party had been waiting for the ratification for more than a year. The PTSP Regional Regulation is a follow-up, implementation and mandate of the Job Creation Law (UU Ciptaker).
"This regulation is indeed needed by Malang City because it is needed by the community regarding various permits and various conveniences. In the near future, it is hoped that this regulation will be enforced by the supporting agency," added Wahyu.
Several existing permits will be improved and integrated with the Electronic-Based Service System (SPBE), so that it will provide many conveniences to the public and in terms of service it will be more effective.
With the existence of this PTSP Regional Regulation, the various stages of processing various permits will be clearer. "This Regional Regulation will also further strengthen and maximize services at the Public Service Mall (MPP) in the Alun-alun Merdeka area," explained Wahyu.
"So far, there are indeed several regulations in the Job Creation Law that have not been implemented. So with the existence of the PTSP Regional Regulation, various things related to PTSP will be further refined," he concluded. (say/yon)
