After Eid Holiday, Service Outlets at MPP Merdeka Immediately Reopen

Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The first day of work after the Eid holiday, public services at the Merdeka Public Service Mall (MPP) in Malang City have been operating to serve the public. As seen on Tuesday (16/4/2024), the service outlets of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dipendukcapil) of Malang City were already busy serving various population administration needs, there were also outlets for the Disnaker PMPTSP, Bapenda, Bank Jatim, and there were 22 public service outlets at the MPP that were also operational.

Services at MPP

Head of the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office, Arif Tri Sastyawan, confirmed that on the first day of work, MPP has been actively providing services to the community. Of the 26 service tenants in MPP, five public service tenants have received visits.

"As of today until 11.00 WIB, the most are Dispendukcapil outlets, namely 94 services, Disnaker PMPTSP has 22, Bank Jatim 19, Bapenda 15, BPJS has one," explained Arif.

He emphasized that the service at the Malang City MPP is currently actively operating. The service at the MPP is open from 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB.

One of the residents of Malang City, Hariyanto, said that the administration of population administration at the Malang City MPP was very . "I am currently taking care of making an ID card for my child. The service at the Malang City Dispendukcapil is fast, the waiting place is also representative," said Hariyanto.

Hariyanto said that having an MPP in the city center makes it very easy for him. In addition to easy access, after taking care of the administrative documents, he admitted that he would take his children for a trip to the Merdeka Square in Malang City and Kayutangan Heritage which are not far from the Merdeka MPP in Malang City.
