Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – After the long holiday of Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijri, Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM conducted a surprise inspection (sidak) to the Merdeka Public Service Mall (MPP) in Malang City, Wednesday (17/4/2024).
The first thing that the Acting Mayor of Malang focuses on is that public services at the Merdeka MPP run optimally and nothing is delayed after the Eid holiday in accordance with the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo.
"Alhamdulillah, starting from yesterday until today, several regional apparatuses, and the gong at the MPP since the first day of entry, there has been no delayed service, all are handled. The number of visitors to the MPP from the first day until today is also extraordinary, most of them are taking care of permits and population administration," explained Wahyu.
After Lebaran holiday, public service agencies returned to work as usual to serve the public. "According to the President's order regarding the first day of entry, there should be no public services that are delayed because of policies, one of which is WFH (work from home). And we are indeed for that service, WFO, so 100% must come in," explained Wahyu when met after reviewing the service at the Merdeka MPP.
Acting Mayor of Malang said that public services in the sub-districts have also been running smoothly and optimally since yesterday. This was confirmed when he and the City Government visited five sub-districts to ensure that no services were delayed. Wahyu guaranteed that all public services would run optimally and prime since the first day back to work after the Eid holiday.
"The inspection includes the level of attendance, and how the service results are from the regional apparatus. Based on the check, there were no obstacles at all, earlier I also went to the Health Center, in fact from the Health Center there was a service for the Hajj vaccine," he explained. (yul/yon)
