SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF REGIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY (PERUMDA) DRINKING WATER
TIRTA MONUMENT OF MALANG CITY
The Selection Committee for Members of the Board of Directors of the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company of Malang City on behalf of the Malang City Government is opening opportunities for professionals and the general public to occupy positions as Members of the Board of Directors of the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company of Malang City with the following requirements:
POSITIONS OFFERED:
a. 1 (one) person to fill the position of President Director of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tugu Tirta Drinking Water, Malang City;
b. 1 (one) person to fill the position of Director of Administration and Finance of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tugu Tirta Drinking Water, Malang City;
c. 1 (one) person to fill the position of Technical Director of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tugu Tirta Drinking Water, Malang City;
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF DRINKING WATER COMPANY TUGU TIRTA, MALANG CITY
To be able to participate in the selection of candidates for the Board of Directors of Perumda Air Minum Tugu Tirta Malang City, one must meet the general and specific requirements. If one can meet these requirements, one can participate in the next selection, namely, administrative selection, Fit and Proper Test selection, and interview.
I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Physically and mentally healthy;
2. Have expertise, integrity, leadership, experience, honesty, good behavior, and high dedication to advance and develop the company;
3. Understand the implementation of regional government;
4. Understand company management;
5. Have adequate knowledge in the company's business field;
6. Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (bachelor's degree) in any scientific field;
7. Minimum 5 (five) years of work experience in the managerial field of a legal entity company or at least the position of Administrator (Echelon III) and have led a team;
8. Minimum age 35 (thirty five) years and maximum age 55 (fifty five) years at the time of first registration;
9. Never been a member of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board or Commissioner who was found guilty of causing the business entity they lead to be declared bankrupt;
10. Never been convicted of a crime that is detrimental to state or regional finances;
11. Not currently serving a criminal sentence; and
12. Not currently an administrator of a political party, candidate for Regional Head or candidate for deputy Regional Head, and/or candidate for legislative member or member of the Selection Committee;
13. Only one Director position may be applied for.
II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Specifically, prospective Technical Directors must have at least an Intermediate Level Drinking Water/Wastewater Management Competency Certificate in the Field of Drinking Water and/or Wastewater Supply System Management issued by the National Professional Standardization Agency (BNSP) or a Professional Certification Institution licensed by BNSP and valid for 90 (ninety) days before the initial registration period for the Technical Director Selection.
2. Prepare and present a paper on the Work Program and Business Development of the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tugu Tirta Malang City, if declared to have passed the administrative selection. The provisions for the format and content of the paper are as attached IV;
3. Not bound and related to family relations with the Mayor up to the third degree in a straight line or lateral line including son-in-law or brother-in-law;
4. If declared to have passed, he/she is willing to sign a performance contract for 5 (five) years and during the contract period is not permitted to resign, unless there is a reorganization, take actions detrimental to the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company of Malang City, take actions or behave in a manner that is contrary to the interests of the region or the State and is unable to carry out his/her duties;
5. Prospective participants do not hold concurrent positions, in positions that could give rise to a conflict of interest at the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company of Malang City.
6. Willing to fulfill and comply with the provisions set by the Selection Committee for Members of the Board of Directors of the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company, Malang City;
III. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. The application letter in hardcopy is submitted to the Chairperson of the Selection Committee for Candidate Members of the Board of Directors of the Tugu Tirta Drinking Water Company, Malang City, with the address of the Secretariat of the Selection Committee for Candidate Members of the Board of Directors in the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Economics Section, Malang City Regional Secretariat. Jl. Tugu No. 1 Malang, or it can also be submitted in softcopy form via email bagpisda.setdakotamlg2020@gmail.com in pdf format.
2. The deadline for submitting application letters as referred to in point 1 (one) starts from June 5, 2024 until no later than June 10, 2024 at 15.00 WIB;
3. The deadline for submitting papers is June 21, 2024 at 15.00 WIB;
4. Administrative requirement documents consist of:
1) The application letter is signed by the applicant and stamped with a Rp. 10.000,00 stamp. Appendix I;
2) 4 (three) recent color photos measuring 6×3 cm;
3) Curriculum Vitae according to Attachment II;
4) Photo of Electronic Population Identity Card (KTP-el)/Replacement Certificate for KTP-el;
5) Certificate of Physical and Mental Health from a Government Hospital;
6) Certificate of freedom from narcotics/narcotics from a government hospital;
7) Photocopy of legalized diploma and transcript from the original university;
8) Photocopy of legalized birth certificate;
9) Police Record Certificate (SKCK);
10) Statement letter stamped with Rp. 10.000,00, according to Appendix III.
IV. SELECTION STAGE
The selection of Candidate Members of the Board of Directors of the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company, Malang City, is carried out with the following selection stages:
1. Stage 1
– Administrative selection of submitted required documents;
– Announcement of administrative selection results.
2. Stage 2
Implementation of the Fit and Proper Test (UKK) Selection:
– Implementation of Basic Ability Test Selection;
– Psychological test;
– Presentation of the paper in the form of power point;
– Interview with the Selection Committee
3. Stage 3
Interview with the Acting Mayor of Malang.
