Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Youth, Sports and Tourism Agency (Disporapar) of Malang City launched Panter Sam at the Ngalam Command Center (NCC) of Malang City Hall, Friday (21/6/2024). The Panter Sam application, which is an acronym for the Implementation of Integrated Applications for Sports Facilities in Malang City, was created to make it easier for the public to use sports facilities managed by Disporapar.
Acting Mayor of Malang Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM who was also present and launched the application said that with Panter Sam, it is certainly safer and easier. "With this application, people who want to use sports facilities managed by the Malang City Disporapar can order online through the application without having to come," said Wahyu.
In this application, you can also directly find out how much it costs to rent, and you can see the empty schedule of the sports facilities you want to book. "The payment used is also a non-cash system with QRIS, making it easier for the public," added Wahyu.
He said this is a form of improving services provided by the government to the community. With these various conveniences, it is hoped that it can further minimize the problems that have arisen so far. "The same as other services, this is part of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), and we have also received awards related to SPBE at the national level," explained Wahyu.
In the future, Wahyu hopes that all electronic-based services must be integrated to make it easier, in accordance with the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to use information technology to provide easy services to the public.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Malang City Disporapar Baihaqi, S.Pd, M.Si revealed that the Panter SAM application is an innovation from the Malang City Disporapar to provide transparent, effective and efficient public services. "So far, the Disporapar as a regional apparatus that serves the use of sports facilities has often received reports regarding difficulties in getting access to sports facilities for use," explained Baihaqi.
Through the Panter Sam application, it is hoped that in the future it can also increase the original regional income (PAD) of Malang City. Moreover, Malang Raya, including Malang City in 2025 will host the implementation of the East Java Provincial Sports Week (Porprov) IX event. (cah/yon)
