On this occasion, the East Java Social Service also inaugurated Spa-Net (Spa and Netra Massage).

Release of Beneficiaries (PM) of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Disability Cluster

Head of UPT RSBN Malang Firdaus Sulistijawan revealed that there were several agendas for this activity. The first was the release of PM with blindness, deafness and speech disabilities, then the inauguration of Spa-Net. "The existence of Spa-Net is an effort on how we increase the value of friends with disabilities to become truly professional traditional healers," explained Firdaus.

He added, in this era it is a need for disabled friends to create businesses that can compete in the world of traditional health care. UPT RSBN only facilitates places for disabled friends. "So blind friends can create similar places that can be potential businesses that can be done in various other areas," explained Firdaus.

Head of the East Java Provincial Social Service Dra. Restu Novi Widiani, MM said that Spa-Net is very proud and very inspiring. "There is a lot of support from the community, multi stakeholders to enliven this Spa-Net. The service must be extraordinary," said Restu.

The Head of Social Affairs said that the release of beneficiaries like this is a routine activity. However, there is a note that is emphasized, namely when the beneficiaries have returned to their families. "Some PMs who are usually in UPT, turned out to be less able to develop activities in their place of origin, could not maximize the use of their assistance. For that, there must be one more stage provided, such as a workshop so that they are trained to work," he explained.

He further said that in the near future his party will also provide a workshop for homeless and beggar alumni. The Social Service is not only tasked with handling, but also providing further guidance in each UPT. "In Madiun, the Social Service has prepared a workshop to accommodate homeless and beggars, where the workshop presented will be able to make participants independent living with their families," said Restu.
