Malang (malangkota.go.id) – Acting Chairperson of the Malang City PKK TP and Malang City Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Mother Dra. Hj. Hanik Andriani Wahyu Hidayat provided motivation to PAUD Mothers throughout Malang City in the PAUD Mother Working Group Capacity Building event at Warung Tani, Malang, Saturday (6/7/2024).
It is said that in reality these mothers are leaders, and also when working in the civil service, women must also build a self-image by building good emotional ties with the surrounding environment. So if a leader must have complete provisions, both intelligence, skills and not give up easily.
She added that a woman should not be carried away by feelings when reminded by her superior. For example, by crying or getting angry, but must be accepted and answered with achievements. "If someone is reprimanded or reminded by their superior, it means that there is something not right," Hanik emphasized.
She gave an example, such as when she gave a warning to one of the PAUD sub-district mothers some time ago which was answered with achievements, enthusiasm and others. She said that humans are a place for mistakes and errors, such as mistakes in coordination and communication, it is a common thing. "If in the service, it might be common for such incidents. When a leader contacts for coordination, it is expected to be responded to quickly, easily and there is a return, so that two-way communication is built," said Hanik.
"If reprimanded and reminded by the leader, he does not want and cannot accept it as a means of self-introspection, then he will not progress and develop. If you want to move up a class, don't be like that. To achieve success, you must go through a process, struggle, learning, and not just by sitting, being silent and without effort. We show our best performance, then we will be able to achieve our dreams," Hanik emphasized.
The messages she conveyed were mentioned as being for the good and togetherness of the PAUD mothers. With good communication and coordination, then in the future everything will run well. "I really love and care for all the mothers. Let's move forward together," concluded Hanik. (say/yon)
