Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – With the preparation of the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) concerning the Amendment to the 2024 Fiscal Year APBD, legally and in principle, the orderly administration of regional financial management is ready to immediately continue development programs and activities and services to the people of Malang City.
This was conveyed by the Acting Mayor of Malang, Dr. Ir. Wahyu Hidayat, MM in the Plenary Meeting of the Malang City DPRD with the agenda of Delivering the Explanation of the Acting Mayor of Malang regarding the Draft Regional Regulation on Changes to the Malang City APBD for the 2024 Fiscal Year in the Plenary Meeting Room of the Malang City DPRD, Monday (5/8/2024).
The number one person in the Malang City Government said that with the successful discussion of the KUPA-PPAS APBD for the 2024 fiscal year, it is something to be grateful for because it will facilitate and expedite the process of discussing the Draft Regional Regulation on the 2024 APBD Amendment, so that it is hoped that it can be accelerated and completed according to the predetermined time schedule.
"The next stage, after the Amendment to the KUA and PPAS of the 2024 Fiscal Year APBD has been jointly agreed upon by the Malang City Government and the Malang City DPRD, then in accordance with Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning Regional Financial Management and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of the 2024 Fiscal Year Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the next step is for the regional head to submit the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendments to the APBD to the DPRD accompanied by a financial note to obtain joint approval between the Malang City Government and the Malang City DPRD," explained Wahyu.
Based on the development of various conditions, both national, regional and local macroeconomics, the needs of regional government administration, setting targets and priorities for regional development, on this occasion Wahyu explained in general the projection of the draft Revised APBD for the 2024 fiscal year.
