Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – On the occasion of National Customer Day (Harpelnas) 2024, the Board of Directors and Management of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tugu Tirta Drinking Water, Malang City, again carried out the 'Sapa Warga' activity, Wednesday (4/9/2024).
Not only sharing interesting souvenirs for customers as in previous years, on this occasion the President Director of Perumda Tugu Tirta, Priyo Sudibyo, SE, S.Sos, MM also went directly to customers' homes to solve problems that often occur in the field.
"We want to see the technical problems directly at the location, while following up on the problems with solution-oriented steps," he said.
Priyo said that Perumda Tugu Tirta's main core business is drinking water services. "Therefore, there must be good communication and close relationships with customers to continue to improve excellent service. So it's not just limited to receiving suggestions and criticisms through the call center or official social media channels," explained Priyo.
From his visits to several locations, technical matters encountered included reports of water not flowing in the Embong Brantas Gang IV area, reports of leaking cobs on Jalan Cokro Aminoto Klojen, and following up on leaking pipes in the Gunung Agung Housing Complex.
Before conducting the field visit, the Board of Directors of Perumda Tugu Tirta also met with customers who came to the Head Office of Perumda Tugu Tirta in Sawojajar and the counter of the WR Supratman Branch Office.
"In accordance with the principles we carry with a new spirit, namely never going home before customers feel calm. We ensure the best service for the people of Malang City," said Priyo. (say/yon)
