Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) held an event titled Ngobrol Sinergiitas with Forkopimda and Staff (Ngopi Senja) in the Malahayati swimming pool area of the Mako Indonesian Navy Base (Lanal) Malang, Tuesday (10/9/2024). Ngopi Senja, which was held to coincide with the 79th anniversary of the Indonesian Navy, became a forum to strengthen ties, synergy, and collaboration.
Commander of Lanal Malang, Colonel Laut (KH/W) Rinanda Sintasari, S.Sos, M.Tr.AP in his speech expressed his hope that in the future the synergy and collaboration that has been built well so far can continue to be maintained for the progress of Malang City.
A similar statement was delivered by Acting Mayor of Malang Iwan Kurniawan, ST, MM. According to him, each agency that is part of the Forkopimda, including the Malang City Government, Kodim 0833, Malang City Police, TNI AL, and TNI AU have different duties and responsibilities.
"If everyone can carry out their respective main tasks and functions well, then there will be conduciveness and progress in various fields in a region. So far in Malang City, communication in the Forkopimda ranks has been running well," he said.
The man who previously served as Acting Regent of Lebak invited that the solidity that had been formed continue to be maintained well. Especially entering a political year, where on November 27, 2024, the Simultaneous Regional Elections will be held.
At the Democratic Party, Iwan said that Malang City will elect candidates for mayor and deputy mayor, as will East Java Province which will elect a governor and deputy governor. "In order for the Democratic Party process to run smoothly, one of the determining factors is Forkopimda," he concluded. (say/yon)
