Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) through the Legal Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat (Setda) held Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on the Management of the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) in the Meeting Room of the Malang City Hall, Tuesday (17/9/2024).
Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Malang City, Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT, said that the Malang City Government continues to be committed to providing legal document and information services, one of which is through the JDIH website. This channel is not only a documentation platform, but also an important pillar that encourages law enforcement to be better and more transparent.
In addition to the Legal Section of the Malang City Secretariat which acts as the main center responsible for managing JDIH, Erik hopes that all members of the Malang City JDIH team consisting of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), the Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo), the Public Library and Regional Archives Agency (Dispussipda) and the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) to actively contribute to the provision and dissemination of legal documents that are relevant to their respective duties and functions. "Through this technical guidance, I hope it will also be a means to improve the understanding of the entire JDIH team for the optimization of our increasingly quality JDIH," he said.
Erik added that the management of JDIH in the Malang City Government environment is currently very different from document management in the past. According to him, the current management of JDIH is more updated and efficient. The current challenge is how JDIH that has been managed well can also be easily accessed and utilized by people who need it.
"Currently, the challenge is to filter and read information. For ASN in particular, that is our initial capital to work. Starting from the regional apparatus head to the staff below," said Erik.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Legal Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, Dr. Suparno SH, M.Hum., said that the technical guidance activity was attended by around 20 (twenty) participants consisting of members of the Malang City JDIH management team and several heads of regional apparatus within the Malang City Government.
The activity, which was held for three days from Tuesday (17/9/2024) to Thursday (19/9/2024), presented the Head of the Legal Document Digitalization Sub-Division of the National Legal Documentation and Information Network Center of the BPHN Kemenkumham RI, Diden Priya Utama, S.Kom as a resource person. "The purpose of this technical guidance activity is to increase understanding for Malang City JDIH managers in managing legal information and documents," he concluded. (iu/yul)
