In his direction, the Regional Secretary of Malang City advised his staff to properly prepare the process towards the 2025 fiscal year APBD.
Erik said that there are many things that definitely need to be coordinated in the process of carrying out tasks in the Malang City Government environment. According to him, the various dynamics that exist must continue to be communicated in the long journey of carrying out tasks.
"One of them is approaching the end of September 2024, the priority public service is the implementation of the 2024 APBD and also the need for thorough preparation towards the 2025 APBD," said Erik.
He mentioned that there are several things in the 2024 budget year that must be followed up effectively, efficiently, on target and certainly budget-saving. Given the limited budget and the increasing expectations of the community. "Improving the quality of public services must continue to be carried out, which will encourage the creation of effective, efficient and accountable service quality," he said.
Therefore, in its implementation, a strategy is needed to improve public services, including improving the culture of excellent service, improving public service standards, improving supporting facilities and supported by an assessment of satisfaction with the services that have been provided.
On this occasion, the Regional Secretary of Malang City did not forget to give appreciation to all ASN of Malang City Government who were present on time, because this is a benchmark for the level of compliance. "And later when we reach retirement age, we are like running a marathon, working for 30 years of service and that becomes a moment of togetherness. There are moments to remind each other, fill in each other's shortcomings, and moments to forge ourselves to become better people.
