The challenges of public services so far, namely queues and certainty of waiting times, are real challenges as well as scourges in public services. In general, with the manual queue system as it is currently, it requires a solution that must be able to provide certainty and clarity openly regarding the process and duration of service as well as the waiting time incurred. In this context, Dinoyo Health Center initiated the adoption of technology in the form of the first AI (Artificial Intelligence) robotics called 'Bytorium'.

Medical Laboratory Technology Expert at Dinoyo Health Center, who is also the initiator of the Bytorium Robot, Budi Ari Bowo, S.Tr.Kes. when met on Friday (18/10/2024) said that the use of technology allows for active community participation in accessing services directly, quickly and more openly.

"Bytorium is an idea implemented in innovative work with a touch of renewable technology that has been certified by the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham)," added the bespectacled man.

Budi said, Bytorium in the Lab Dinoyo ecosystem is a sophisticated technology integrated with LIS Cerebro equipped with two-way communication features so that service users can interact. "Bytorium's capabilities can be relied on with easy accessibility for people who need fast, quality and credible services," he explained.

Bytorium as the first AI laboratory robot aims to present the fantasy of extraordinary experience in laboratory services with the latest technology flavor. This robot is designed to be able to communicate, serve, process and process data like a professional laboratory assistant with the support of LIS Cerebro data.

"Bytorium can increase the efficiency and productivity of available resources with the spirit of good governance towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC)," concluded Budi. (say/yon)
