Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – Various efforts and real steps are taken by the Dinoyo Health Center, Lowokwaru District to continue to provide the best service to the community. Such as providing adequate facilities, friendly service, and creating comfort for every resident who comes.

Most recently, Dinoyo Health Center has presented services utilizing sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of a robot named Bytorium. This sophisticated robot has been present since October 2023, led by Budi Ari Bowo, S.Tr.Kes as the Medical Laboratory Technology Expert at Dinoyo Health Center.
The Bytorium robot is designed to assist visitors with questions and information regarding laboratory services at the Dinoyo Health Center. This first AI Laboratory Robot presents an extraordinary experience of the latest laboratory technology services. Bytorium is able to communicate, serve, process and process data like a professional laboratory assistant equipped with the LIS Cerebro algorithm and database. This assistant robot has also successfully obtained an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) certificate from the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) in January 2024.
Head of Dinoyo Health Center, Dr. Ida Megawati, when met on Friday (18/10/2024) said that the existence of the Bytorium robot is very helpful for residents and service officers. According to her, this is part of the innovation and creativity of the health center in the era of digital transformation. It is hoped that this innovation can initiate other health centers or health services, especially in Malang City.
"Residents who will use this service, simply attach their BPJS Health card when queuing, and the queue list is already connected to the system. So for example, residents come at 06.00 WIB or 07.00 WIB to the health center, they can immediately attach their BPJS Health card. After that, residents can do other activities and can return to the health center at 07.30 WIB when the service starts," he explained.
She emphasized that residents do not need to worry about being preceded by others in the queue, because all use a sophisticated system. "Residents can also ask this robot how much the cost of treatment is, for example for checking blood sugar levels, cholesterol, pregnancy tests and urine tests," added the woman in the hijab.
"We hope that accessibility services at the health center will continue to improve, as will services to the community. So that later the Dinoyo Health Center will become a modern and sophisticated health center. In the future, we will continue to innovate in order to create comfortable services," concluded Dr. Ida.
