Including for the revitalization of Pasar Besar Malang, Iwan continues to strive to establish communication and cooperation with the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (KemenPUPR) regarding its funding.
Iwan, who currently serves as the Director of Planning, Evaluation, and Information for Regional Development at the Ministry of Home Affairs, said that various concrete steps to realize these programs have been taken throughout the first quarter of his term (August-October 2024). "The point is that the 11 priorities have progressed, hopefully they can run as we expect. Because the 11 priorities are not just our wishes from the government, but the wishes of everyone, especially the community to organize and handle everything," explained Iwan.
In addition, Iwan also reported his performance during his tenure in meeting 106 nationally determined indicators. There are also ten national priority indicators, one of which is the leading activities outlined in the 11 priority programs of Malang City mentioned above. This evaluation is important as a measure of our performance, because the measure is very clear and to take steps to achieve better targets, especially the welfare of Malang City itself," he concluded.
