Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – Kedungkandang District held a coordination activity related to increasing the effectiveness of government activities for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Kedungkandang District at the Savana Hotel, Saturday (23/11/2024). This event was attended and opened by the Regional Secretary of Malang City Erik Setyo Santoso and was attended by all ASN throughout Kedungkandang District.
Kedungkandang Sub-district Head Fahmi Fauzan AZ. in his speech said that this event aims to strengthen synergy among ASN in Kedungkandang Sub-district in order to provide better services to the community.
Fahmi emphasized the importance of good coordination between sub-district governments, urban villages, and other related agencies in order to realize the excellent service. "The implementation of appropriate and accurate public services must be carried out by regional apparatus," he said.
Meanwhile, the Regional Secretary of Malang City, Erik Setyo Santoso, reminded the participants to remain committed to maintaining the good service and not to be complacent in providing better service to the community.
"Keep maintaining it, don't be complacent, because being complacent is like a glass that is already full, it cannot be upgraded to be better, when in fact there is still a lot within us that can be developed," he said.
Furthermore, Erik believes that this activity is a momentum to reflect on what has been achieved, as well as strengthen the determination to continue to innovate and contribute to the City of Malang.
"I believe with our commitment and hard work together, the effectiveness of government at the sub-district level will continue to increase. Malang City can become more advanced and its people more prosperous," he concluded.
Various problems and challenges faced by the sub-district government, such as optimizing budget use, mapping regional potential, and solving social problems, were discussed in depth by three speakers, namely Yuyun Nanik Ekowati (Government Division of the Malang City Secretariat), Sahabuddin (Malang City Inspectorate), and Totok Kasianto (Employment and Human Resource Development Agency).
