Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – As an effort to realize good governance in handling legal problems, the Malang City Government (Pemkot) in collaboration with the Malang City District Attorney's Office signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) which was carried out in the Mayor's Meeting Room, Malang City Hall, Wednesday (4/12/2024).
Acting Mayor of Malang Iwan Kurniawan welcomed and appreciated the cooperation that was carried out. Because with the signing of this MoU, the synergy and collaboration that has been well established between the Malang City Government and the Malang City Prosecutor's Office has become more solid.
"We appreciate the synergy and collaboration that has been established so far, which was then followed up with a joint agreement that will certainly be more binding and there is a commitment in order to support better governance of Malang City," he said.
Iwan hopes that the signing of the MoU between the Malang City Government and the Malang City Prosecutor's Office can have a positive impact on both parties. "Hopefully this signing will be a good thing for all of us, in order to avoid legal problems or wrong steps in acting," he said.
In addition to the signing of the MoU, on this occasion the Si Pemanah application (Land Mafia Prevention Information System) was also launched, which is the result of collaboration between the Malang City Prosecutor's Office and the Malang City Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo).
The Si Pemanah application contains information including Land Status, Developer Info, Mapping of Malang City Area (Zoning), Licensing Info, Legal Consultation and Reporting/Complaints. From this information, it can be used as a reference for regional apparatus within the Malang City Government (Bapenda, Disnaker-PMPTSP and DPUPRPKP) in supervising land in Malang City, so that it is also expected to help increase local revenue and investment climate for the development of Malang City which is increasingly advanced and prosperous.
Head of the Malang City District Attorney's Office, Tri Joko, also welcomed the launch of the application which is also included in the Kominfo super apps, namely Malang Mbois. According to Tri, this application will be very useful for the community, especially in land matters. In addition to making it easier for the community to find out information related to land, the presence of this application is also expected to minimize problems that are still rampant in the community.
"Through this application, people can see the status of the land, whether it is problematic or not. So for example when people buy land, just click on this application and all the statuses will come out so that it can minimize the occurrence of problems," he explained.
Tri also hopes that the development of the Si Pemanah application can continue to be better, so that its use can be easier and more beneficial for the community. "I hope that in the future we will together commit to properly managing the assets owned by the Malang City Government, so that they are properly inventoried," concluded Tri. (iu/yn)
