Iwan Kurniawan said his visit to Tanjungrejo Village and also the Catholic Chapel of Saint Theresia of Lisieux was a follow-up to the previous audience with the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB) of Malang City. "Alhamdulillah, it's extraordinary. What the Head of FKUB KH. Taufik Kusuma said is true, it turns out that tolerance between religious communities in Tanjungrejo Village is extraordinary," explained Iwan.

This interfaith harmony is seen from the houses of worship that are close to each other, and that is not a problem. "Our message to FKUB, continue to improve the collaboration and synergy that has been running well so that interfaith harmony is always maintained, not only in one area, but throughout Malang City," explained Iwan.

Iwan also hopes that the reality of high tolerance and harmony that is established can be made into a profile or book that can strengthen learning literacy. "So that future generations can maintain and follow in the footsteps of figures who have maintained the beauty of religious tolerance well," said Iwan.

On this occasion, Iwan also thanked all elements of society in Tanjungrejo who helped make the Pilkada in Malang City a success some time ago. According to him, this success cannot be separated from the good cooperation of all parties who have maintained good conduciveness so that the Pilkada runs peacefully and smoothly.

Meanwhile, Father Hendrikus Suwaji said that the harmony between religious communities in Tanjungrejo is extraordinary. Although the community is diverse with existing differences, they remain harmonious and peaceful in living their daily lives.

"We are grateful that today the Acting Mayor of Malang came with his staff to have a dialogue to build togetherness and bring the community closer to regional stakeholders," explained Suwaji. (cah/yon)
