The woman in hijab said that the government should be present in the community. One of them is through the existence of integrated and integrated services such as those presented at MPP Merdeka. "Malang City has realized it, and we give positive appreciation," she said.
"From 272 MPPs in Indonesia, Malang City is still considered good. Earlier I also asked several community service users, they said the service at MPP Merdeka was good. However, in the future it must be improved again. For example, from the service time which is usually one day, it can be reduced again, maybe in hours or minutes," said Nurhasni.
Separately, the Head of the Manpower, Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service (Disnaker PMPTSP), Arif Tri Sastyawan said that his party would implement the recommendations of the Acting Deputy Assistant for Public Service Standardization and Inclusive Services of the Ministry of PANRB.
"We will improve services, especially for vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and the disabled. At least now it has started with a special lift for both groups of people," he explained.
Next is the Building Permit (PBG) service, where according to the input of the Ministry of PANRB, a comparative study must be conducted to the Tangerang City Government. Likewise, the PBG service is free for Low-Income Communities (MBR).
"Of the 88 local governments, Malang City is one that has a PBG Perda so it must be implemented immediately. The point is we will immediately and directly carry out the order from KemenPANRB for maximum service to the community," he concluded. (say/yn)
