Starfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Arjosari Subdistrict, Blimbing District, held a coaching activity for Community Protection (Linmas) members in order to support the implementation of criminal cases with a justice approach. restorative justice, Wednesday (12/2/2025).
Presenting speakers from the Malang City District Attorney's Office (Kejari), this activity is expected to increase knowledge and insight for Linmas members this time as well as in the context of establishing the Restorative Justice House (RRJ) in Arjosari Village.
Regional Secretary of Malang City Erik Setyo Santoso on this occasion emphasized the importance of the role of Satlinmas members in the community as the spearhead in efforts to create security and public order, who in carrying out their duties collaborate with the TNI-Polri.
Erik said that so far in the implementation of the Malang City Government's program activities, many have been helped by the contributions of Satlinmas members. Such as in the implementation of the simultaneous general election process, as well as various other activities.
"The task of the Linmas members is very noble, we really appreciate it. With this kind of coaching, the insight of Linmas members in relation to law enforcement will increase," he added.
In the future, Erik hopes that members of the Linmas will play a more active role in helping the community. Because, members of the Linmas are the front guard and efforts to realize security and comfort in the community.
In this activity, Regional Secretary Erik was also appointed to present awards to eight Linmas members who entered retirement. (say/yn)
