Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – To ensure that the rights of every community in the field of population administration are fulfilled and to bring services closer to the community, the Population and Civil Registration Service (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City is carrying out outreach services for population administration (Jembol Adminduk) in the Polehan Village area, Blimbing District, Malang City, Wednesday (19/2/2025).

One of the officers from the Malang City Population and Civil Registry Service, Irwan Asmarani, said that the outreach service for electronic ID card recording in Polehan Village this time targets vulnerable groups such as the elderly, people with disabilities, and people with mental disorders (ODGJ).
"We came directly because they were not allowed to come to the office. This is an effort by the Population and Civil Registry Office to ensure that all Malang City residents who have met the requirements can have a population identity," explained Irwan.
He revealed that in this adminduk jembol, Dispendukcapil is working together with the Malang City Social Service, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (Dinsos P3AP2KB) so that it can run optimally regarding data from vulnerable groups which are the domain of Dinsos P3AP2KB.
"With this collaboration, it will certainly be easier for us to find residents' houses that will be recorded for e-KTP. We have also brought the equipment needed for recording in the service car," he explained again.
This adminduk jembol, he said, was done to bring closer and facilitate the administration of population directly to the community, especially to vulnerable groups without exception. The goal is to increase community participation in obtaining population documents and overcome obstacles faced by the community regarding population administration. "One of them is related to the population identity card which is a requirement for other public services, such as BPJS, and so on," he concluded. (cah/yn)
