Starfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Malang City Erik Setyo Santoso opened the Cross-Regional Apparatus Forum for the Preparation of the 2026 Regional Apparatus Work Plan (Renja) held by the Malang City Regional Planning and Development Agency (Bappeda) at the Atria Hotel, Malang City, Thursday (27/2/2025).
Erik also took an example related to the plan to widen the intersection, of course there are many things that must be considered, such as the presence of traffic lights and signs, ATCS, trees, billboards, and maybe PDAM pipes. "So in this project, it does not only involve DPUPRPKP, but many regional apparatuses and related agencies are involved. Thus, we already have a synergized plan for the program. So one of the functions of holding this forum is to increase collaboration and mitigate problems in the implementation of the program later," he explained.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Malang City DPRD, Amithya Ratnanggani Sirraduhita, who also attended the discussion forum, said that the government must be present to meet the basic needs of the community, but must also comply with the President's instructions regarding budget efficiency. "We in the Legislature hope that there will be cooperation with stakeholders as a series of hexahelix so that we can work together. We strengthen it again crosscutting "So that in the midst of efficiency, we can still provide services to the community," he said.
The woman who is familiarly called Ami emphasized that the program that will be implemented can show results not just in quantity, but rather show the impacts that are caused. "My hope is that in 2026 we can translate policies through programs that can make it easier for people to get basic services, such as education, health, economic empowerment and so on. On the same occasion, the Head of Bappeda Malang City, Dwi Rahayu said that the implementation of this cross-regional apparatus forum was also intended to absorb suggestions and input from stakeholders in order to improve the regional apparatus work plan for the coming year. Therefore, this forum presents representatives of stakeholders in the implementation of Malang City Government programs.
"This forum is for sharpening performance targets starting from what activity programs? Who are the target groups? Up to where is the location? Furthermore, the results of refining the draft regional apparatus work plan based on suggestions and input in the cross-regional apparatus forum must be submitted to Bappeda for verification no later than the second week of March 2025," concluded Dwi.
