Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – After leading his first morning assembly in the yard of Malang City Hall, Monday morning (3/3/2025), Malang Mayor Wahyu Hidayat together with Malang Deputy Mayor Ali Muthohirin and the ranks of regional apparatus (PD) heads within the Malang City Government (Pemkot) continued their work agenda by visiting the office of the Malang City Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda).
The Mayor of Malang said that he carried out this visit as a form of respect and thank you (Javanese for permission) to the ranks of the Forkopimda of Malang City. Although he had previously worked together when he was the Acting Mayor of Malang, Wahyu felt that it was still necessary sowan and introduced himself and his staff during his current leadership.
"Yesterday, I and Mas Wawali had a handover of office. So today I have rejoined the Forkopimda. I just thank you very much "Of course, I rejoined because Forkopimda is an inseparable part of the Malang City Government," he explained.
Wahyu further said that the Malang City Forkopimda plays a very essential role in relation to city development. Therefore, Wahyu also used this gathering event to strengthen the synergy and collaboration that has been established very well so far. "So besides thank you very much, we also want to strengthen collaboration and cooperation. Because, first we are now in the month of Ramadan, then we will welcome Eid al-Fitr, of course there are events that we must anticipate together," he said again.
On the visit of the Mayor of Malang together with the Deputy Mayor of Malang, the Commander of the 0833 Malang City Military District Command, Lieutenant Colonel. Arm Aris Gunawan, M.Han said that his party is ready to strengthen synergy and collaboration with the Malang City Government. He also hopes that in the future the good relationship that has been established can continue to be implemented until later.
"I also hope the same with the Mayor of Malang and the Deputy Mayor of Malang. The good relationship that has been established between the Kodim 0833 Malang City and the Malang City Government must continue to be strengthened, and not only stop with me, but will also continue until my successor later," he said.
