Lowokawaru (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang Financial Services Authority (OJK) Office is again holding the 2025 Sharia Financial Ramadan Festival (Gerak Syariah) which consists of various sharia financial literacy and education activities and competitions that the public can participate in.
This Sharia Movement includes financial literacy for vulnerable groups and 1.000 orphans, podcasts, radio talk shows, training of trainers, kultum competition, reels, hadrah, and education through social media. Nationally, Gerak Syariah 2025 was officially opened on February 23, 2025.
Head of OJK Malang, Biger Adzanna Maghribi explained that the series of Gerak Syariah 2025 will be held until March 31, 2025, which consists of various literacy activities and sharia financial education and competitions that can be participated by the public.
"The 2025 Sharia Movement, which carries the theme 'Meaningful Ramadan with Sharia Finance', is to invite all stakeholders in the movement of sharia finance to intensify literacy activities, sharia financial inclusion, and social activities in a collaborative and massive manner," he added, Thursday (13/3/2025).
Biger said that the series of activities of the 2025 OJK Malang Sharia Movement included financial literacy for vulnerable groups, podcasts with the theme of being aware of illegal financial activities and tips for financial management during Ramadan.
Apart from that, there is also a radio talk show with the topic of socializing Islamic financial products, training of trainers with mosque administrators throughout Pasuruan City, collaboration with Baznas Malang City in financial literacy for 1.000 orphans through the Gebyar Gerak Syariah 'Love Sharia Financial Products'.
"There are also kultum, reels, and hadrah art competitions, as well as education through social media under the Kejar Barokah segment (Get to Know and Learn Together with Sharia Financial Products)," concluded Biger. (say/yn).
