Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Deputy Mayor of Malang Ali Muthohirin opened an interactive dialogue and anti-drug counseling at the Mini Block Office Hall, 4th Floor, Malang City Hall, Monday (17/3/2025). The dialogue and counseling initiated by the East Java Province Ansor Youth Movement (GP) was said by the Deputy Mayor to be a positive step and must be appreciated.

According to him, the young generation, especially from GP Ansor, has a high concern to help suppress the circulation and abuse of drugs. "As we all know, so far the circulation and abuse of drugs, especially among the young generation, is still quite high. Let's fight drugs, because they can damage all aspects of life. We strongly support movements like this," he said.
Ali added, with the increasing intensity of movements like this, it will narrow the space for drug trafficking and perpetrators. "We hope that GP Ansor can be one of the carriages and the front guard in breaking the chain of drug trafficking," he said.
"GP Ansor is one of the big youth organizations and has a wide network. With the increasingly massive role of these young people, and continuing to synergize with various parties, we are optimistic that the circulation and abuse of drugs will continue to be suppressed," added Ali.
Furthermore, the Deputy Mayor of Malang invited all elements of society and law enforcement officers to continue to improve synergy and collaboration. "This is to produce a brilliant, faithful, competitive and of course drug-free future generation of the nation," he concluded. (say/yn)
